		<description>Unfortunately, in the developed world, most of the wastage is at the household level. People buy and waste stuff, no matter where they buy. On the other hand, Iowa definitely cannot sell all of its corn in Des Moines nor can provinces around Shanghai grow all its rice when the soil is great for cash crops.</description>
